The Role

StudyFree Team is looking for a passionate and goal-oriented community development manager who will help to build and scale our international community of students and mentors.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• To develop and implement organic growth strategy that will help to expand the geography and expertise of our community = scale the community up to 20,000 mentors (sky is the limit!)
• To grow the community leaders and build internal processes;
• To develop the creators' mindset and unleash the creativity of thousands of talented students and graduates from around the world = more than 100,000 stories will help millions of students make the right decision;
• To develop the engagement strategy to keep the community members enthusiastic and active throughout the year.

Ideally you are:

• 100% empathetic and open-minded individual who loves interacting, inspiring and uniting people; (it’s not only about communication skills, you should have pure love for people, and get inspired communicating with them);
• person who loves international education and is ready to empower people to realize their potential anywhere in the world;
• person who has highly developed soft skills and a global mindset;
• have sharp project management skills to create and implement the processes;
• have an ability to identify and track relevant community metrics;
